What to expect

This is a small site, not a support desk. Messages are read, and genuine questions get answered as time allows — but there is no promised response time, and some messages will not get a reply.

Some messages matter more than others:

• Corrections matter most. If something here is factually wrong — a discontinued model, a spec that has changed, advice that is unsafe — that is the most useful message you can send.
• Safety-relevant errors especially. If a guide says something that could get someone hurt, please say so plainly.

What helps

A specific message gets a better answer than a general one. If you are reporting a problem with a guide, the article name and what specifically is wrong is enough. If you are asking about your own yard, useful details are usually: your grass type, roughly where you are, the ground conditions, and the machine or product involved.

What this site cannot do

• No personalized diagnosis. Identifying a pest, a disease, or a soil problem from a description is not something this site can do reliably. Your local agricultural extension service, an agronomist, or a licensed pest control operator can — and that is not a brush-off, it is genuinely the better answer.
• No professional or emergency advice. If a person or animal has been exposed to a garden chemical, contact your local poison control center, a doctor, or a vet immediately — do not email a website and wait. See the Disclaimer.
• No paid placements, sponsored posts, or link insertions. Pitches of this kind will not get a response. The reasoning is on the Editorial Policy page.
• No guest posts offered purely to place a link.

Comments are open on articles. For a question about a specific guide, commenting on that guide is often the better route — the answer then helps the next person with the same question.
